Drawing from related empirical studies, the paper critically analyzes previously validated HR competency models and their effectiveness to address current pandemic situation all around globe. These have not been tested or examined in uncertain chaotic situations like COVID-19 we facing now. It is definitely time for professionals set new standards employees’ well-being, performance, communication style workplaces support organizations by leading employees adjust smooth transition technology-intensive business digital workplace. Based on literature that reviewed researchers, it may be reasonable assume different contexts are being fully applicable supportive people, who getting challenged solve enormous number of workplace-related problems, caused world today. This study suggests globally accepted should updated redesigned based concept “digital skills”, relations skills” “entrepreneurship” as a because businesses need restart reshape operational structure order fit virtual technological-based world. As conclusion, can state due global health issue economic situation, redefining most important competencies overcome obstacles difficulties, vital this our history life.
